Elizabeth Stephens, owner of Bernadette House care home, commented: “We were delighted to see so many people attend the celebration event. It was a real testament to the hard work that has been put into improving our home over the last few months.
“Being part of the community is important for our residents and they love nothing more than welcoming new faces into the home.”
The extension includes three new bedrooms and a new lounge and is part of a 35-bedroom period care home situated in an acre of gardens to the south of Lincoln city centre.
