Place Partnership invests in youth

Place Partnership has announced the appointment of a team of graduates to its Worcester-based office.

Kristian Xavier-Nicholson, Benjamin Farwell Ethan Hicks and Connor Shaw will all be working with the pioneering land and property management company following the completion of their university degrees.

Kristian completed his BSc Honours degree in Real Estate at Liverpool John Moores University and then went on to complete a Masters in International Business and Corporate Finance Law, whilst Benjamin Studied for his BSc Honours degree in Real Estate at Birmingham City University and Ethan completed his BSc Honours degree in Building Surveying at the University of Wolverhampton. Connor Shaw joins following his post-graduate MSc in Real Estate Management from Birmingham City University having graduated in History from Swansea University.

Andrew Pollard, Managing Director of Place Partnership, said: “As part of an on-going initiative to inspire the next generation of land and property management professionals, we are delighted to welcome Kristian, Benjamin Ethan and Connor to our team. We’re keen to develop a programme where we recruit apprentices and graduates to our team so they can learn from our experienced officers whilst at the same time bringing fresh perspectives.”

Place Partnership seeks to transform the public estate across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire and was the first multi-agency joint property vehicle of its kind in the UK.

Place Partnership intends to establish more efficient ways of working and enhancing the range of services on offer to the public across the 1,400 land and property assets that Place Partnership will initially be overseeing. These assets include schools, libraries, community centres, commercial buildings, police stations, fire stations, retail and leisure facilities, agricultural land and smallholdings.
