Founded some 25 years ago, Worcester-based arrangeMY has built to become a leading business travel company and boasts a number of high profile clients across the UK. We have worked with the arrangeMY team on a number of projects since 2014 including video production, branding, website design and public relations.

What did they want?

For a number of years, the senior management team have considered the idea of opening a high-street consumer agency and in 2017, they decided to take the plunge and took a shop on Mealcheapen Street in Worcester, that was to become arrangeMY escape.

Having developed the original branding for arrangeMY in 2014, we were delighted when they approached us to create the visual identity and launch strategy for their new luxury retail travel agency.

What did we do?

They were looking for something that would fit with the main arrangeMY brand, but appeal to their high-end target market and demonstrate the exemplary customer experience that would set the agency apart from its competitors.

Once the branding was established, we were tasked with translating it through their marketing collateral, from teaser window graphics to signage, competition merchandise, promotional postcards and brochure stickers.

We worked closely with the manager of the new shop to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy in the lead up to the launch. This included supporting them with a social media driven ‘Golden Ticket’ competition built around members of the public finding golden tickets hidden around the city centre. 

The launch weekend saw a VIP event on Thursday evening, the official launch by Robin Walker MP on Friday and the public launch on Saturday and Sunday, with the winners of the golden ticket competition announced via Facebook on Monday.

We provided full photography, video production and event support for the VIP launch event and official launch, including organising the visit by Robin Walker MP and liaising with local press over the event coverage.


The new travel agency has been extremely well received by suppliers and customers alike. With a focus on high-end, bespoke holidays and first class customer service, the shop is a step away from the traditional chain travel agencies and the January launch has been well-supported by coverage gained across a number of local, regional lifestyle and trade publications and a strong social media presence.
